All your gas appliances including your gas boiler, gas cooker and gas fire should be safety checked once a year and serviced according to the manufacturer’s instructions. If you do not have your gas appliances regularly serviced and safety checked by a Gas Safe Registered engineer you could possibly be putting you and your family at risk and in possible danger of carbon monoxide poisoning. Our engineers will visit your home and carry out various tests to make sure your appliance(s) is operating correctly? For example, it is burning correctly? On the correct settings and operating pressures? Are harmful gases being removed from the appliance safely? 

Ventilation (if required) is clear and not being obstructed in any way. All safety devices are working correctly. If a service is required it will be recommended and the appliance will then be stripped and cleaned to achieve its desired condition. Our engineers will assess the physical condition of the appliance installation pipe work, air vents and any flues for deterioration. Also our engineer will inform you if any defects have been indentified or any remedial work is required.
